Paid leave isn’t just for moms.
Dads we need your voice to pass paid leave.

Tan France spent the early days after the birth of his second son at home with his family. Now, he’s talking about why all parents should be able to make the choice that’s right for them—and why it’s time for dads to push harder for guaranteed paid paternity leave in the United States.

Shouldn’t everyone be entitled to stay at home for a short while and raise their kids, regardless of their job?

WE NEED YOUR HELP

This election year, we can make it possible for all parents (birthing and non-birthing) to get the time and resources needed to be with their family.

We've partnered with Moms First, Chamber of Mothers, and Paid Leave for All to write the letter for you—all you have to do is press send.

quick recap

Earlier this year, we teamed up with Naomi Osaka, tennis champion and Bobbie mom, to launch our #ParentsPushHarder campaign and create the N.O. Support grants: $580 to 50 American families—the same minimum monthly benefit guaranteed if federal paid leave passes.

“Every parent should be allowed to set their own terms when it comes to how they choose to feed their babies and how choose to return to work.”
— Naomi Osaka
