NWSL Giveaway Terms & Conditions

13.13 BOBBIE NWSL CHICAGO GAME PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE U.S., 18 OR OLDER TO APPLY.

1. Description of Giveaway.
The “2026 Bobbie NWSL Chicago Stars Soccer Mom Suite Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is a promotional program sponsored by Bobbie Baby, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Bobbie” or “Sponsor”). Sponsor will award a Prize to five (5) Winners among all Applicants.

Each prize consists of:

Two (2) tickets to the National Women’s Soccer League match designated as Chicago Stars 7.18 Match (the “Event”) 

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize shall not exceed$1000, and the aggregate ARV of all prizes shall not exceed $1000. All costs and expenses not expressly stated above are the sole responsibility of each winner and guest.

No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the Prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor and the NWSL reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes on the Prize, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Arrangements for delivery of the Prize will be performed after winner validation as set forth herein.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway  is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (the “Territory”), who are at least 18 years old (or 19 years old for residents of AL & NE) at time of submission of their Application (defined below) via a Google form application on hibobbie.com between June 25th, 2026 and June 30, 2026 at 11:59pm PST (each an “Applicant”). The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside the Territory and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors and their immediate family members and members of the same household of Sponsor or the Released Parties (defined below) and any other entity associated with the Giveaway or a Prize (the “Sponsor Parties”) are not eligible to participate. 

3. Timing: Sponsor will begin accepting applications (“Applications”) and nominations (“Nominations”) via its website at hibobbie.com on June 25, 2026. Sponsor will accept and review Applications/Nominations until June 30th, 2026 at 11:59pm  PST (the “Submission Period”). 

4. Agreement to Official Rules: Submission of an Application constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Rules”). Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Rules. 

5. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, Applicants must complete the Application by visiting Sponsor’s website at www.hibobbie.com and fill out all required fields in the Applications. Applicants may also be nominated by another individual on the Sponsor’s website provided the nominating party fills out all required fields in the Application. With respect to Nominations Sponsor may reach out to the nominated Applicant directly at the email address provided by the nominating party to share these Rules, and confirm that the nominated Applicant consents to participate in the Giveaway and meets the eligibility requirements disclosed herein. All information provided in the Application or Nomination submitted on the Sponsor’s website must be true and accurate in all respects as of the time of submission. 

6. Requirements: As a condition of receiving the Prize,  Winners will be required to (i) share their story with Bobbie (in each case as selected and edited by Bobbie in its sole discretion), with the understanding that name/likeness/elements of their story may be shared by Bobbie on social media and pursuant to any releases required by Sponsor, (ii) post photos and video supporting their story on social media (both on their own accounts and on Sponsor’s accounts).

7. Selection of Winners: After the Submission Period, Applicants will be selected by Sponsor and based on the following criteria in reviewing their application: 

Review for Eligibility. Once the submission window closes, Bobbie will check every entry to be sure it’s complete, meets these Rules, and that the entrant is eligible. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be disqualified.

How Winners Are Chosen. Bobbie will choose five (5) Selected Applicants based on how well each entry reflects (i) genuine excitement for women’s soccer and the Chicago Stars match and (ii) connection to Bobbie’s mission of supporting modern parenthood and community. Final decisions rest solely with Bobbie and are not open to appeal.

8. Notification:  If the Applicant is selected by Sponsor to receive the Prize (a “Potential Winner”), a Potential Winner will be notified by Thursday, July 9, 2026. Potential Winners must accept within four (4) days of being selected; failure to accept the Prize within this time period will be deemed a forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the Prize to another Applicant. The Potential Winner may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, tax forms, and where lawful, a publicity release or background check (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”) within a stated amount of time. If any required Prize Claim Documents or information are not received by the date stated on the notification, or if any notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Rules, or does not return such other releases as deemed necessary by Sponsor, the Potential Winner will be disqualified and at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternative Potential Winner may be selected from the Applicants. A Potential Winner who complies with all of the Rules will be deemed a “Winner.” 

9. Release: By submitting an Application, Applicant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, National Women’s Soccer League, LLC and its member teams (as applicable) and each of its  parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, investors, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the Prize.

10. Publicity: Submission of an Application shall constitute and signify Applicant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and the Released Parties and their designee(s) may use, but are not required to use, the Applicant’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, Application, and/or information provided by Applicant in connection with the Giveaway or Prize for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law. 

11. General Conditions: All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Applicant. Each recipient of a Prize agrees to  timely complete and execute a W-9 for Sponsor and provide the same to Sponsor if Sponsor so requests. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, the announcement of the Winners, or in the administration of the Giveaway or Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the Applications, nor is it responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, or distribution of, or alteration of, entry, whether caused by the Applicant, or otherwise, any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway, or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process; to be acting in violation of these Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, including artificial intelligence, will void all such Applications and Applicant will be disqualified from participating. Applications generated by script, macro or other automated means or which subvert the application process are void. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR APPLICATION OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Neither the failure of Sponsor to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Rules nor the failure, delay or omission by Sponsor in exercising any right with respect to any term of these Rules, will be construed as a waiver or relinquishment to any extent of Sponsor’s right to assert or rely upon any such provision or right in that or any other instance. 

12. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether or not caused by Applicant, typographical or other errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in administering the Giveaway or the Prize; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Application process; (4) typographical, technical, computer network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway Program, the processing or judging of Applications, the announcement of the results or in any sponsorship-related materials; (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Applicant’s participation in the Giveaway  or the Prize. Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable. Applications or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete and/or delayed computer transmission. 

13. Choice of Law: All decisions of the Sponsor with regard to the Giveaway Program are final. Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these Rules will be governed by Delaware law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. For any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Giveway, Applicants irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware. Applicants agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens. Any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and under no circumstances will any Applicant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

14. Winner’s List: To receive a copy of the winner list (available after the Winner is announced and subject to confirmation of winner) send an email (no later than  August 18, 2026 to bobbieforchange@hibobbie.com with the subject line: “BOBBIE NWSL CHICAGO GAME PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES .”

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored or administered by the National Women’s Soccer League, LLC.
