Bobbie Giftable Subscription FAQs

Giftable Formula Subscriptions allow you to purchase and send a recurring subscription of our premium baby formula to a recipient of your choice. It's a convenient way to support new parents or caregivers by ensuring they have a consistent supply of formula delivered right to their door.

As the sender, you do not need to select a specific formula to send. The receiver will choose their formula upon gift redemption. Currently, the following formulas are eligible for giftable subscriptions:

  • Organic Whole Milk Infant Formula
  • Whole Milk Infant Formula
  • Gentle Infant Formula
  • Organic Original Infant Formula

When purchasing a gift subscription, you can select either a 2,3, 6 or 9 month duration which equates to a dollar amount that is gifted. The subscription will automatically end after the value of the gift is redeemed and the recipient will not be charged unless they choose to convert their subscription to a standard, paid subscription.

The recipient will receive an email on the scheduled delivery date containing:

  • Your personal gift message.
  • A unique redemption link/code.
  • Instructions on how to activate their gift subscription and set up their preferred delivery address and schedule.

The recipient will be notified one month and one week before the final scheduled delivery that their gift subscription is nearing its end. They will have the option to easily convert the gift into a standard, paid subscription at that time if they wish to continue receiving the formula.

No. The recipient will not be charged for the value of the gift subscription. They will only incur charges if they explicitly choose to convert it to a standard paid subscription after the gifted amount is redeemed.
