When we learned the Affordable Care Act doesn’t cover donor milk or infant formula for breast and gynecologic cancer previvors, survivors, and thrivers, we made a promise: fight like hell until that changed.
Since 2020, we've supported the Breasties community and with this program, Bobbie for Change was born. 6 years, 615 Bobbie Breasties, and $1M in formula donations later—we’re taking a bill that we co-created to Congress. If passed, the Constance C. McDaniel Medically Necessary Infant Formula and Donor Milk Act, aka Connie's Bill, would create a pilot to cover donor milk and infant formula for parents impacted by medical necessity.

Connie’s Bill, named after one of our first Bobbie Breasties, would create a pilot to cover donor milk and infant formula for those who medically can’t breastfeed due to cancer, maternal loss, or other chronic conditions.
